A residence party or a play area with Ping Pong, table football and cosy couch!
In addition two showers and wash basins, as well as a small storage chamber!

Ground floor:
A large kitchen, to a large extent made of high-grade steel with all necessary mechanisms for groups up to 45 persons! (see below)
To accommodate a big room around the food!
A storage for different things (food, pots, plays…)
A large meal area with tiled stove and places for 40 persons
A large lounge with couch and TV as well as further seats! (can be used also as meal area)

Room organization:

1. Stick:
Room No. 10 with 7 beds
Room No. 09 with 6 beds and balcony as well as a warm furnace
Room No. 08 with 5 beds and wash basins with flowing cold and warm water
Room No. 07 with 2 beds and wash basins as well as shower and WC
A large wash room with several showers, WC' s and bath!

2. Stick:
Room No. 06 with 3 beds and wash basins with flowing cold and warm water
Room No. 05 with 2 beds and wash basins with flowing cold and warm water
Room No. 04 with 2 beds with shower and WC
Room No. 03 with 4 beds
Room No. 02 with 5 beds and balcony
Room No. 01 with 4 beds
 Room No. 01 and No. 02 are connected with a connecting door!

In the house are 8 WC's, 7 showers and 1 bath. Only room No. 7 has the Wc and the shower in the room, the others are all outside of the room.
We have dining-room for approx. 40 persons as well as two lounges for playing, television, table tennis or as party area.

In the kitchen is sufficient table-ware for 45 persons, a Friteuse, an electric cooker, a gas cooker, a wood stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezing subject. It exists besides the possibility to spend a beautiful summer evening with the grill before the house.

The holiday home is rented in principle only a group!
